11. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis systematically examines research works and articles on the management of traditional performing arts in general and Xuan Pha Traditional Performance (a national intangible cultural heritage) in particular. It systematizes concepts and theories related to cultural heritage management, communities, stakeholders, and cultural capital, creating a theoretical basis for addressing the issues raised in the thesis. It identifies the multifaceted characteristics and values ​​of the Xuan Pha Traditional Performance heritage. Field surveys, in-depth interviews, and the collection and processing of documents are conducted to analyze and clarify the current state of management activities aimed at protecting and promoting the value of the Xuan Pha Traditional Performance heritage. It initially assesses the achievements and shortcomings in the management of the Xuan Pha Traditional Performance heritage, as well as the collaboration between the State and the community. Based on the identification of the value system and the current state of management of the Xuan Pha Traditional Performance heritage, the thesis proposes solutions to improve the quality of protection and promotion of the value of the Xuan Pha Traditional Performance heritage. This thesis contributes a perspective to cultural management, specifically the management of activities aimed at protecting and promoting the value of traditional Xuan Pha folk performances. Based on the identification of the value system of Xuan Pha folk performances and the existing problems, the thesis proposes effective and sustainable solutions for managing, protecting, and promoting this heritage.
12. Practical applications:This thesis can serve as a reference for managers in formulating policies related to the protection and promotion of intangible cultural heritage in Vietnam. The thesis also supports the community in Xuan Pha in particular, and in Thanh Hoa in general, in gaining a deeper understanding of their own cultural heritage.

Summary of the findings of the thesis:The thesis has systematized research projects and articles on the heritage management of folk performances in general and the folk performance of Xuan Pha (a national intangible cultural heritage) in particular. It also systematized concepts and theories on cultural heritage management, community and stakeholders, cultural capital, providing a theoretical basis to address the issues raised in the thesis. It identifies the characteristics and multiple values ​​of the Xuan Pha folk performance heritage. Field surveys, in-depth interviews, data collection, and processing were conducted to analyze and clarify the current state of management activities aimed at protecting and promoting the value of the Xuan Pha folk performance heritage. Initially, it evaluates the achieved results and existing limitations in the heritage management of the Xuan Pha folk performance, as well as the combination between the government and the community. Based on the identified value system and the current state of management of the Xuan Pha folk performance heritage, the thesis proposes solutions to improve the quality of protection and promotion of the Xuan Pha folk performance heritage. The thesis contributes a perspective to cultural management work, specifically in the management activities aimed at protecting and promoting the value of folk performance heritage. By identifying the value system of the Xuan Pha folk performance and existing issues, the proposes effective and sustainable plans for heritage management, protection, and promotion.
