10. Summary of the thesis results:
This research project clarifies the theoretical basis for the development of intellectual property in agriculture and assesses the current state of management and development of intellectual property for agricultural products in Hanoi. It also examines current policies and legal regulations on intellectual property in the agricultural sector, particularly support policies from the State and management agencies in Hanoi. Based on this analysis and assessment, the project proposes solutions and support policies to promote the protection, development, and exploitation of intellectual property for Hanoi's agricultural products.
These are practical and entirely feasible solutions to implement in the context of the country and the agricultural conditions and potential of Hanoi. In particular, developing a policy to support the development of intellectual property for Hanoi's agricultural products by 2030 will help enhance the value, competitiveness, and sustainable development of Hanoi's agricultural products in the new era, thereby building a brand for the capital's agricultural products.
11. Practical applications:
Based on theoretical research on intellectual property development in agriculture and research on current policies and legal regulations on intellectual property in the agricultural sector, especially support policies from the State and management agencies in Hanoi, this study recommends that several provinces and cities nationwide, particularly those with many agricultural products, refer to and apply the proposed solutions to develop policies supporting the development of intellectual property for agricultural products. This aims to enhance the value and competitiveness of products while better managing the quality of products bearing protected brands.
12. Future research directionsHanoi's policy supporting the development of intellectual property for agricultural products holds significant potential. However, research has not yet explored in depth the solutions for cooperation and linkages, and the establishment of distribution channels for products after protection. Therefore, further in-depth research is needed.

Based on the results of theoretical research on intellectual property development in agriculture and research on current legal policies and regulations on intellectual property in the agricultural sector, especially support policies from the State and management agencies in Hanoi, the thesis suggests that some provinces and cities in the country, especially provinces and cities with many agricultural products, refer to and apply the proposed solutions to build policies to support intellectual property development for agricultural products in order to increase the value and competitiveness of products and at the same time better manage the quality of products with protected brands.
12. Further research directions:
Hanoi's policy of supporting the development of intellectual property for agricultural products has brought great potential. However, this study has not yet deeply explored solutions for cooperation in product consumption and building product distribution channels after the brand is protected. Therefore, further in-depth studies are needed.
