That was the feeling of newly graduated Master's student Nguyen Thi Thuy when she became the valedictorian of the Cultural Management major, receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) at the 2024 Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony.
