10. Summary of the thesis results:
In recent years, Ha Giang in general and the Dong Van Karst Plateau in particular have emerged as attractive destinations, drawing both domestic and international tourists. Although the number of visitors to the Dong Van Karst Plateau has increased at a high and relatively stable rate, the rate of returning visitors and those intending to return remains quite low. Therefore, this thesis investigates the factors influencing the decision of domestic tourists to return to the Dong Van Karst Plateau, providing a basis for Ha Giang tourism to formulate appropriate development policies.
Based on previous studies and in-depth interview results, this thesis has developed a hypothetical research model with five independent factors: satisfaction, destination image, familiarity, travel motivation, and demographic characteristics, which influence the decision of domestic tourists to return to Dong Van Karst Plateau in the context of current tourism in Ha Giang. Through the results of surveys of domestic tourists and quantitative analyses, the thesis has identified four factors affecting the decision of domestic tourists to return to Dong Van Karst Plateau: destination image, accessibility, service quality, and demographic characteristics.
This research has developed a model and identified the direction and intensity of impact of independent factors on domestic tourists' decision to return to the Dong Van Karst Plateau. Based on this, several recommendations are offered to local tourism management agencies, businesses, and the local community to attract domestic tourists back to the Dong Van Karst Plateau, such as improving accessibility, enhancing attractiveness, improving tourist satisfaction, and developing new tourism products.

The results of this study have formed a model as well as indicating the direction and intensity of the impact of independent factors on the decision to return to the destination of domestic tourists with Dong Van Rock Plateau destination to make some recommendations to local state agencies, enterprises and communities attract domestic tourists back to Dong Van Rock Plateau such as improving accessibility, improving attractiveness, improving visitor satisfaction and developing new tourism products.
