Speaking at the closing ceremony, Ms. Dang Hoang Anh (Vice President of the Vietnam Education Trade Union) highly appreciated the activities of the VNU Trade Union in recent times, including women's activities. Many ideas proposed by female union members of VNU are highly feasible. She also suggested that the VNU Trade Union at all levels pay attention to introducing personnel for union activities, aiming at the 16th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The Vice President of the Vietnam Education Trade Union expressed her belief that the VNU Trade Union in general and the female union members in particular will continue to be a strong collective in the coming time, with many diverse activities.
Comrade Nguyen Van Thuy (Vice President of the Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) on behalf of the Union Executive Committee received the Movement award for the most actively participating unit.

Permanent Vice President of the Trade Union of VNU, Nguyen Thi Thao, said that the contest "Ideas for Women's Activities" aims to promote the creativity and initiative of female cadres in trade union work. In a short time, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of VNU, Hanoi launched this contest from November 25, 2022 to December 5, 2022, attracting the participation of most units. Permanent Vice President Nguyen Thi Thao also emphasized: the ideas are practical, can be applied in units and there are ideas that can be widely applied at the scale of VNU, Hanoi.
Representatives of the Vietnam Education Trade Union and the VNU Trade Union presented awards to the winning ideas:

02 Second prizes: Fashion fair, exchanging clothes (University of Natural Sciences); Sports festival "Connection Day - VNU Women's Workers" (Center for Physical Education and Sports);
03 Third Prizes: Wrapping green Chung cakes, a peaceful and prosperous Tet - University of Natural Sciences; Training on parenting skills for union members with the theme "Active parents - Happy children" - University of Social Sciences and Humanities; Organizing the seminar "Modern women in the 4.0 era" - Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences;
