Speaking at the closing ceremony, Ms. Dang Hoang Anh (Vice President of the Vietnam Education Trade Union) highly appreciated the activities of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Trade Union in recent times, including women's activities. Many ideas proposed by female trade union members of Vietnam National University, Hanoi are highly feasible. She also suggested that the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Trade Union at all levels pay attention to introducing personnel for trade union activities, aiming towards the 16th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The Vice President of the Vietnam Education Trade Union expressed confidence that the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Trade Union in general and the female trade union members in particular will continue to be a strong collective in the future, with many diverse activities.

According to Nguyen Thi Thao, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Trade Union, the "Women's Activities Idea Contest" aims to promote the creativity and initiative of female trade union officials in trade union work. Launched by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Trade Union from November 25, 2022 to December 5, 2022, the contest attracted participation from almost all units. Permanent Vice President Nguyen Thi Thao also emphasized that the ideas were practical, applicable within the units, and some could be widely applied at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi scale.
Representatives from the Vietnam Education Union and the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Union presented awards to the winning ideas:
01 First Prize: Series of activities to enhance skills in maintaining family happiness (University of Social Sciences and Humanities);
Two Second Prizes: Fashion Fair and Exchange of Items (University of Science); Sports Festival “Connecting Day - VNU Women's Union” (Center for Physical Education and Sports);
03 Third Prizes: Green sticky rice cake package, peaceful and prosperous Tet – University of Science; Parenting skills training for union members with the theme “Positive Parents – Happy Children” - University of Social Sciences and Humanities; Organizing a seminar “Modern Women in the 4.0 Era” – Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences;
Four Consolation Prizes: I am a VNU trade union member/I am a female VNU trade union member – University of Social Sciences and Humanities; VNU Chef Queen – Center for Physical Education and Sports; Cooking competition with the theme “Family Meal” – Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology; ULIS Talented Hands 2022 – University of Foreign Languages
