As a unit under the School Board, with 15 party members (14 official party members and 1 probationary party member), including 1 comrade in the Board of Directors and 5 comrades who are department leaders. During the last term, Party Cell II of the School Board achieved many important results in the 2013-2015 term:
All Party members in the Party Cell have a firm political stance, believe in the leadership of the Party, directly the leadership of the Party Committee and the School Board. All Party members consciously and voluntarily participate in political study organized by the School Party Committee; actively raise political awareness, class stance, and clearly understand personal responsibility for performing assigned professional tasks.
Regarding financial work, the Planning and Finance Department (KH-TC) has performed well its function of advising the Board of Directors in developing budget plans, managing and monitoring revenue and expenditure sources in accordance with current regulations, managing finances in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring transparency, publicity and democracy in finance.
A very important result achieved in the last term is that the Department of Science and Technology has been very proactive in coordinating with other departments and units to find solutions to increase revenue, contributing significantly to stabilizing the school, creating new motivation in all activities of the school. Amending detailed internal regulations according to the guidance documents of VNU. Paying salaries and additional income quickly and promptly.
Regarding administrative and general work, the Administrative - General Department (HC-TH) has proactively and actively resolved daily administrative work, ensuring in the best way that all activities of the School take place normally and effectively, seriously implementing the work of managing school documents; processing and circulating outgoing and incoming documents in a timely manner, in accordance with current regulations of the State.
During the last term, the HC-TC Department also successfully applied the quality management system according to ISO standards, actively serving the administrative reform work of the School.
Regarding facilities, in the last term, the HC-TH department basically completed the assigned tasks well, put into use the 5th floor of buildings A and B; implemented the construction of building M. Coordinated the implementation of the project to invest in equipment for the Center for Journalism and Communication (phase 2), received investment projects for foreign language classrooms, built classrooms for practicing tourism studies... The work of the organization and the work of building the Party in the Party cell also achieved many important achievements.

Continuing the achievements of the previous term, outlining the direction and tasks for the new term 2015-2017, the key goals of Party Cell II of the School Board are: Focusing on directing specialized departments to do a good job of advising and assisting the School Board in establishing and implementing the unit's work plan to meet the requirements of innovation in all aspects of the School's work. Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of political and ideological work, continuing to carry out the campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh", mobilizing Party members and cadres to uphold the sense of responsibility in building a cultural environment, a transparent and healthy information mechanism, a modern working environment, establishing a relationship of solidarity, interconnection, and comprehensive cooperation as the basis for building and developing the School.
Attending the congress, comrade Tran Thi Minh Hoa directed that in the upcoming term, the School will have many pivotal activities, with many important events and activities, which will create a lot of pressure for the Party Cell II of the Principal.
