Unity is the solid strength that enables the Party Branch II of the School Administration to move forward steadily.

As a unit directly under the School's Administration, with 15 Party members (14 full members and 1 probationary member), including 1 member of the Board of Directors and 5 members in leadership positions, the Party Branch II of the Administration has achieved many important results during the 2013-2015 term:

All Party members in the Party Branch have firm political stances, trusting in the leadership of the Party, and directly in the leadership of the Party Committee and the School's Board of Directors. Every Party member consciously participates in political training organized by the School's Party Committee; actively improves their political awareness and class standpoint, and clearly understands their personal responsibility in fulfilling their assigned professional duties.

Regarding financial matters, the Planning and Finance Department has effectively fulfilled its function of advising the Board of Directors on budget planning, managing and monitoring revenue and expenditure in accordance with current regulations, managing finances according to legal procedures, and ensuring transparency, openness, and democracy in financial matters.

A very important achievement during the past term was that the Planning and Finance Department proactively coordinated with other departments and units to find solutions to increase revenue, making a significant contribution to stabilizing the University and creating new momentum in all of its activities. The internal regulations were revised in accordance with the guidance documents of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Salaries and additional income were paid promptly and efficiently.

Regarding administrative and general affairs, the Administrative and General Affairs Department has proactively and diligently handled daily administrative tasks, ensuring that all school activities proceed normally and effectively. It has also strictly implemented the management of school documents and records, and processed and circulated incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and in accordance with current state regulations.

During the past term, the Administration and Finance Department also successfully implemented the ISO-standard quality management system, actively contributing to the administrative reform efforts of the University.

Regarding infrastructure, during the past term, the Administrative and General Affairs Department basically completed the assigned tasks well, putting into use the 5th floor of buildings A and B; and implementing the construction of building M. It also coordinated the implementation of the project to invest in equipment for the Center for Journalism and Communication Professionals (phase 2), received investment projects for foreign language classrooms, and built a practical training room for Tourism Studies... Significant achievements were also made in union activities and Party building within the Party branch.

Building upon the achievements of the previous term and outlining the direction and tasks for the new term 2015-2017, the key objectives of the Party Branch II of the School are: Focusing on directing specialized departments to effectively advise and assist the School's Board of Directors in formulating and implementing work plans to meet the requirements of comprehensive innovation in all aspects of the School's work. Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of political and ideological work, continuing to implement the campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh," and encouraging Party members and cadres to uphold a high sense of responsibility in building a cultural environment, a transparent and healthy information mechanism, a modern working environment, and establishing a relationship of solidarity, interconnectedness, and comprehensive cooperation as the basis for building and developing the School.

Attending the congress, Comrade Tran Thi Minh Hoa directed that in the upcoming term, the school will have many pivotal activities, with many important events and activities, which will create a lot of pressure for the Party Branch II of the School Administration. To overcome these challenges and continue to maintain and develop the achievements already attained, the Party Branch needs to continue to promote the spirit of unity in all activities, Comrade Tran Thi Minh Hoa emphasized.

The congress elected the new Party Committee Executive Board for the 2015-2017 term, consisting of three members: Comrade Dang Ngoc Trai; Comrade Le Thi Quyen and Comrade Dang Quang Thai.
