Towards the 27th Party Congress of the University

Enhancing the comprehensive leadership role of the Party Committee, the goal is to transform the University into a research university with regional-standard training and scientific research quality, including developing several disciplines/specializations to international standards, thereby making a significant contribution to national development.
With unwavering determination and strong resolve, leveraging traditional strengths and pioneering, creative, and dynamic thinking, the Party Committee has successfully led the University to achieve its goals, increasingly affirming its position and prestige as a leading research and training institution, with significant contributions to the country in many fields.

Over the years, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has paid special attention to political and ideological education among its staff, students, and trainees. Through skillful integration with professional activities and various forms of communication, political and ideological work has proven effective, creating an important foundation for improving the quality of professional activities and contributing to strengthening unity and consensus within the entire Party Committee.

The Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has been focusing on enhancing its comprehensive leadership role to soon become a research university with training and scientific research quality that meets regional standards, and in some fields and specialties, even international standards.

Party Branch III of the Administrative Block (comprising party members from the Personnel and Organization Department, the Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Department, the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department, and the Office of Mass Organizations) successfully held its Party Branch Congress for the 2015-2017 term on March 18, 2015. The Congress elected a new Party Branch Committee with 3 members.

The Journalism and Communication Party Branch (comprising the Faculty of Journalism and Communication and the Center for Journalism and Communication Professional Training) successfully held its Party Branch Congress for the 2015-2017 term on March 17, 2015. The Congress elected a new Party Committee with 3 members.

On March 16, 2015, the Party Branch of the Philosophy Department held its Party Branch Congress for the 2015-2017 term. Attending the congress were Comrade Nguyen Van Kim, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the University, along with all the Party members of the Branch.

This was the statement made by Comrade Nguyen Van Kim, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Rector of the School, at the Party Branch Congress of the Faculty of Oriental Studies on March 12, 2015.

This is one of the key directions outlined by the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management (FAM), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in its operational plan, presented at the Faculty Party Congress for the 2015-2017 term, held on March 12, 2015.

This was emphasized by Comrade Tran Thi Minh Hoa, Vice Principal of the school, at the Party Branch Congress II of the School's Party Committee for the 2015-2017 term on March 9, 2015.

The Party cell of the Faculty of Sociology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is one of the "clean and strong" Party cells of the University's Party Committee. Given its unique position as the first and largest training and research unit in the field of Sociology in the country, the Party cell has always identified its strategic priorities as leading and guiding the Faculty towards greater strength.

For me, becoming a young Party member means a continuous process of striving to improve myself both professionally and in my lifestyle, contributing to the development of the Faculty, the University, and the community and society.

The process of establishing and developing the Department of Party History is closely linked to the development of the Faculty of History, of Hanoi University (Hanoi University of Science and Technology), now the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi).

For many years, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, has always been a unit with a tradition in political and ideological education for student Party members, aiming to promote the fine traditions of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam.
