Attending the congress were Comrade Dang Xuan Khang, representing the Party Committee of the University, along with the Executive Committee of the Party Branch for the 2013-2015 term, and Party members currently active in the Party Branch of the Faculty of Information Technology and Office Management.
In its summary report on the activities of the 2013-2015 term, the Party Branch of the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management achieved many outstanding results. These achievements include: establishing a specialized Department of Archival Studies, and successfully organizing numerous scientific workshops and seminars.
In addition, faculty members in the department have successfully fulfilled their assigned tasks and targets regarding research publications. Specifically, each faculty member has completed at least 1-2 research papers published in specialized journals or presented at university or departmental-level scientific conferences; all contracted scientific research projects at various levels have been implemented or completed on schedule.
Regarding foreign relations and international cooperation, during the past term, the Party Branch has realized a number of international cooperation relationships such as organizing scientific exchanges with a delegation of professors and researchers from Gakushuin University (Japan), proposing a joint master's degree program with Aix-Maseeil University (France)...
In its future development orientation, the Party Branch of the Faculty of Information Technology and Office Management will focus on completing the master's degree program in Office Management. This will be one of the new advancements, marking nearly 20 years of the faculty's formation and development.

Simultaneously, the Faculty Party Committee will also focus on compiling two basic university-level textbooks: Archival Studies and Theory of Office Management, using a new approach. In addition, the faculty will continue to promote international cooperation with universities abroad, such as in France and Japan.
During the upcoming term, the Faculty's Party Branch will also have activity plans aimed at celebrating the 20th anniversary of its establishment and the 50th anniversary of archival studies training in Vietnam.
