The total value of scholarships sponsored by Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), Tay Hanoi Branch (a member unit of T&T Group) and awarded to VNU-USSH students this time is nearly 125 million VND.
Speaking at the scholarship awarding ceremony held solemnly at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi this morning, April 17, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong - Vice Rector, emphasized that the scholarships awarded to the students today are not only material values, but also spiritual values and enthusiasm passed on from the enterprise and from previous generations of alumni, aiming to further motivate them to confidently study and build a solid career. This is also an opportunity for VNU-USSH students to access job opportunities at T&T Group after they graduate. It is known that many leaders of T&T Group are outstanding alumni of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) and are participating in student support activities at VNU member universities, including the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.
Mr. Pham Quang Hoa, Director of Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Tay Hanoi Branch, affirmed that, continuing the close cooperative relationship between T&T Group and VNU-USSH in general and VNU-USSH in particular over the past 30 years, SHB will continue to support students in the future. Accordingly, T&T Group's recruitment needs are closely related to the university's training programs, thus providing VNU-USSH students with many opportunities to apply for positions at the company.
