3. Participants:All students who have been awarded their graduation certificates in March, June and July 2022. (Note: Students who have already received their diplomas in March 2022 can still attend the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony. If you want to receive your diplomas directly at the Hall on July 26, please return your diplomas to Ms. Le Thi Kim Thuong onMonday, 25/7/2022at the Training Department, 606 Building E)
4. Monday, July 25, 2022:Students sign for their diplomas and university transcripts at the BC building. Students can see details here:/uploads/ussh/news/2022_07/0announcement-of-time-of-registration-site-with-record-card.docx.
- After signing, students will receive the original transcript; if they need to notarize the transcript or diploma, they can have it notarized at the school.
- Students receive their diplomas (original) at the Graduation Ceremony (at Me Tri Dormitory, July 26, 2022).
- Students graduating with honors come to receive the School's Certificate of Merit from June 27 onwards (during office hours) at the Student Affairs and Recruitment Department.
- The ceremony will take place both in the morning and in the afternoon. Students need to read the list to know which day their major will be awarded.
- The Organizing Committee has arranged a seating chart at the Graduation Ceremony for students by major (Students should pay special attention to seating positions because they are related to the order of receiving degrees in the Hall). - The school's Communications Department has arranged cameras to take photos of each student during the graduation ceremony on stage (at least 1 photo for each student), then upload them to the school's website and fanpage, and students can go there to receive them. To ensure order for the ceremony to take place solemnly, we respectfully request that photographers and students' relatives please do not go near the main stage and in the auditorium to take photos.
- Students attending the graduation ceremony and receiving their diplomas directly in the Hall should wear collared, light-colored shirts so that when wearing their formal gowns outside, they will look more formal, polite and beautiful.
