3. Target audience:All students who received their graduation certificates in March, June, and July 2022. (Note: Students who graduated in March 2022 and have already received their diplomas can still attend the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony. If you wish to receive your diploma in person at the auditorium on July 26th, please return your diploma to Ms. Le Thi Kim Thuong on that date.)Monday, 25/7/2022(at the Training Department, Room 606, Building E)
4. Monday, July 25, 2022:Students can sign for their university diplomas and transcripts at the BC building area. Details can be found here:/uploads/ussh/news/2022_07/0thong-bao-thoi-gian-dia-diem-ky-nhan-bang-bang-diem.docx.
- After signing for receipt, students will receive their original transcript; if they need notarized transcripts or diplomas, they can have them notarized at the school.
- Students will receive their original diplomas at the Graduation Ceremony (at Me Tri Dormitory, July 26, 2022).
- Students graduating with honors can receive their certificates of merit from the University from June 27th onwards (during office hours) at the Student Affairs and Student Services Office.
- The ceremony will take place in both the morning and afternoon. Students need to check the list to find out which session their major will be awarded in.
- The Organizing Committee has arranged a seating chart for the Graduation Ceremony for students by major (Students should pay special attention to their seating position as it relates to the order in which they receive their diplomas in the auditorium). - The school's Communications Department has arranged for cameras to take photos of each student during the graduation ceremony on stage (at least one photo per student), which will then be uploaded to the school's website and fanpage for students to receive. To ensure order and a dignified ceremony, photographers and family members of students are kindly requested to refrain from approaching the main stage and the auditorium to take photos.
- Students attending the graduation ceremony and receiving their diplomas in person in the auditorium should wear collared shirts in light colors so that when they wear their formal attire outside, they will look more dignified, polite, and beautiful.
