At the memorandum of understanding signing ceremony, the two sides discussed and agreed to implement several areas of cooperation, including: cooperation in training and practical activities; scholarship sponsorship and organization of conferences and seminars; and cooperation in brand communication activities. Accordingly, FSI experts will collaborate and participate in building and improving training programs; and coordinate or participate in training and developing soft skills and practical knowledge for faculty and students of the university.
Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, expressed his gratitude for FSI's strong commitment to collaborating with VNU-USSH in various training and research activities.
In addition, FSI will facilitate and support practical activities and accept 50 students (third-year and final-year students) from relevant majors (prioritizing students in Archival Studies, Office Administration, Information Management, and Library Information) for internships and work during the 3-month summer period starting from the 2024-2025 academic year; prioritize and commit to recruiting and signing official employment contracts with 10 graduating students; and commit to selecting and introducing 100 students to work full-time or part-time as collaborators for the company's digitalization projects.
Specifically, FSI commits to sponsoring a scholarship package worth VND 100,000,000 for students of Party A in the 2025-2026 academic year, and this sponsorship amount will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties for subsequent academic years; and sponsoring VND 50,000,000 for organizing the Workshop: “Data and Archival Management in the Context of Digital Government Development in Vietnam”, scheduled for the end of July 2025 at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Immediately after the signing ceremony, both sides began implementing activities to realize the terms of the cooperation memorandum, aiming to bring the best possible value to the university's students this academic year.
With the coordination of the Cooperation and Development Department of VNU and the VNU Alumni Entrepreneurs Club, the cooperation between VNU-USSH and FSI is expected to yield many practical results.
