On behalf of the Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his gratitude for the attention and favor that the President and the Board of Directors of the Sejong Foundation have given to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, as well as the Sejong Korean Language Center in Hanoi, which is under the school. Immediately after taking office, President Lee Haiyoung made Hanoi, as well as the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the first destination of his working trip. In the recent past, with the attention and facilitation of the Board of Directors of the Sejong Foundation, the Sejong Korean Language Center in Hanoi has implemented many very effective activities in Korean language training, organizing cultural exchange activities, supporting students to receive scholarships or participate in exchange and academic exchange programs. The school's Board of Directors pledges to provide full support and looks forward to continuing to receive the President's attention to further promote the Center's activities in the future.
Ms. Lee Haiyoung (Chairwoman of the Sejong Foundation) congratulated the achievements of the school in recent times, and highly appreciated the contributions of the Sejong Korean Language Center in Hanoi to the development of Korean language training in Vietnam, as well as strengthening the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Korea. The Chairwoman also expressed her hope that, with the school's strengths in training and scientific research, the Sejong Korean Language Center in Hanoi will develop in the direction of focusing on specific activities: research, academic exchange, organizing seminars, publishing textbooks, etc.
The delegates enthusiastically discussed the activities that the Sejong Foundation and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities can promote cooperation in the coming time through the Sejong Korean Language Center in Hanoi.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides exchanged gifts and took souvenir photos.
