The Mansfield-Luce Asia Scholars Network was launched in 2019 by the Mansfield Foundation, with support from the Henry Luce Foundation. The purpose of the program is to build and nurture a community of Southeast and Northeast Asian scholars and researchers from the United States through training, networking, and research activities, as well as high-level mentoring. The program also facilitates deep and close dialogue between U.S. scholars and experts interested in Southeast or Northeast Asia and scholars and researchers from Asian countries.

During today's working session, scholars from the Mansfield-Luce Asia Scholars Network met with administrators, researchers and experts from the USSH, VNU to discuss bilateral cooperation opportunities.
