The Dao Minh Quang Foundation is a charitable foundation of the Federal Republic of Germany, established by Dr. Dao Minh Quang in December 2016 in Berlin under the German Civil Code. The Dao Minh Quang Foundation is officially recognized as an independent legal organization by the Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection of the State of Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany. The Foundation only carries out public service and charitable activities.
Since its establishment, the Foundation has supported and funded numerous projects in Germany and Vietnam. The Foundation is also actively preparing to fund other projects in the near future. All projects that have been, are being, and will be funded are entirely self-funded.
The fund's capital is derived from the founder's contribution and additional funding from Dr. Dao Minh Quang. The fund has not sought further funding from any other individuals, companies, or organizations.
Over the years, solely in promoting general education, vocational training, and higher education, as well as music and culture, the Dao Minh Quang Foundation has provided billions of Vietnamese Dong annually, primarily in the form of scholarships and awards for outstanding students from disadvantaged families, for musical talents, and to fund German-Vietnamese concert programs, as well as cultural and musical exchange projects between Germany and Vietnam. To date, the Dao Minh Quang Foundation's Scholarship and Award Ceremony has been held at numerous schools and locations, such as the University of Science (HUS) and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH). This year, the Scholarship and Award Ceremony for Vietnamese students from the high schools and universities that the Dao Minh Quang Foundation has sponsored was held solemnly at the Grand Concert Hall of the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
With emotion, Dr. Dao Minh Quang shared: "I was born and raised in a very poor rural area. Perhaps the experience of a difficult and impoverished childhood motivated me to constantly strive to study and work, achieve certain successes, and return to help my homeland. Although I have lived and achieved success in Germany for many years, not a day goes by that I don't miss my beloved Motherland Vietnam. I love the Vietnamese language, culture, and music. My success and fulfillment of my dreams and aspirations are due to the nurturing of my parents, the teaching of my teachers, and the help of many people in Vietnam and Germany. And that is why I want to contribute a small part to help poor students (like I was in the past) have better learning opportunities, nurture their dreams, and become useful members of society in the future."

Dr. Dao Minh Quang shared that what he and his colleagues are doing is not just providing financial support, but giving Vietnamese students love, hope, and the will to strive for success in life.
Dr. Dao Minh Quang has a burning passion for music; he enthusiastically poured his heart into a German folk song:Green pine tree
"on the stage of the Grand Concert Hall of the Vietnam National Academy of Music Speaking at the ceremony, representatives from universities in Hanoi whose students received scholarships, and from junior high and elementary schools in Viet Tri (where Dr. Dao Minh Quang was born and raised), expressed their appreciation and high regard for the significant support of Dr. Dao Minh Quang and the Foundation he founded over the years. Professor Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized: "We are deeply moved and grateful for the companionship and support of Dr. Dao Minh Quang and his colleagues at the Dao Minh Quang Foundation. This is not only about providing scholarships and valuable financial assistance to help disadvantaged students complete their studies, but also about instilling hope, willpower, a desire to strive, and above all, profound love and humanity. Dr. Dao Minh Quang is a role model of perseverance and tireless effort to achieve personal success, and even more importantly, to return and help students in his homeland. We hope that in the future, the Foundation will have more activities and that more individuals and organizations will join hands and cooperate with universities and educational institutions in Vietnam to jointly develop the country's education system."
