Rector Hoang Anh Tuan shared: strengthening international cooperation in training and scientific research is a key solution to implement the University's development strategy. Currently, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has cooperative relationships with over 300 universities and educational organizations worldwide, including many leading universities in Southeast Asia. Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University is known to be one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Thailand. With the strengths of both universities, it is believed that effective and extensive cooperation will be possible in the future. Given the thriving strategic partnership between Vietnam and Thailand, the demand for human resources, cultural exchange, economic exchange, tourism, etc., between the two countries has revived after the Covid-19 pandemic, creating broad opportunities for cooperation in training, scientific research, participation in international conferences, and more.

Rector Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized the significance of signing international cooperation agreements between universities, highlighting how to leverage the strengths of each party while providing students and faculty with more opportunities for study and academic exchange abroad.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and the faculty members of the delegation from Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Rector Adisorn Naowanondha expressed gratitude for the warm and cordial reception from the University, and shared that training in Vietnamese Studies and social sciences at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University is highly valued and attracts many students. Therefore, he hoped for effective cooperation between the two universities in the future, focusing on activities such as: student and faculty exchange programs (short-term) or joint degree programs (2+2/3+1); publishing materials for research and teaching; organizing international scientific conferences; and organizing experiential courses to learn about the history, culture, cuisine, etc., of both countries.

Thirteen students majoring in Thai Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, attended the reception for the delegation from Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. They confidently shared their enthusiasm for learning Thai, exploring the unique culture of Thailand, and expressed their desire to have the opportunity to visit, study, and exchange academic ideas with students and faculty at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University.

Rector Adisorn Naowanondha expressed his surprise and praised the university's students. Despite being only second-year students, they were very confident, communicated fluently, pronounced words accurately, and spoke with the correct intonation like native Thai speakers. They also showed a particular interest in learning about the people, country, and culture of Thailand. With the well-structured training from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and such strong Thai language skills, they will have many opportunities to find suitable jobs and pursue higher education.
At the end of the meeting, representatives from both schools signed an agreement that will serve as the legal basis for future cooperation programs.
