1. Attractive object
Scientists with outstanding research achievements, both at home and abroad (including Vietnamese people living abroad and foreigners), who wish to participate in scientific research, take on strong research group leaders positions in the fields of science and technology that VNU prioritizes research (according to the List attached to this Notice).
2. Benefits
