On the side of the delegation of Xin Man district, there were the participation of comrade Pham Duy Hien - Chairman of Xin Man district People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Head of the district's Department of Culture and Information; Mr. Nguyen Tien Yen - Political Commissar, District Military Command; Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh - Deputy Director of the Center for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr. Le Quy Anh - Deputy Chief of Office of the District People's Council & People's Committee.
Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU shared that VNU-USSH is ready to cooperate and support Xin Man district, Ha Giang in research and training activities.
Comrade Pham Duy Hien - Chairman of Xin Man District People's Committee, Ha Giang believes that the cooperation with VNU-USSH will bring many values to the locality.
At the meeting, the Chairman of Xi Man District People's Committee proposed that the School cooperate to support the district in researching and assessing the value of relics and scenic spots; potential and orientation of local tourism; Support training to improve the capacity of local staff in the fields of Documents and Archives, Office Management; Reception. Regarding the research and assessment of the value of relics and scenic spots in the district, the two sides agreed that in the immediate future, the School will support the district in researching, collecting and assessing the value of the Nan Ma relic site. Accordingly, the Center for Research and Promotion of Cultural Resources under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU is the unit directly implementing the activities of collecting and researching documents, organizing seminars on the assessment of the value of Nan Ma relic in the first quarter of 2024; providing scientific arguments for the construction of the dossier to propose the recognition of Nan Ma relic as a national relic.

In addition, the leader of Xin Man District People's Committee shared his wish that scientists from VNU-USSH would research and learn about the district's remaining difficulties to find causes and solutions, such as the suicide situation that is happening in some residential communities in the district.

Center for Research and Development on Cultural Resources (CRaDCR)was established under Decision No. 2008/QD-XHNV-TC dated July 18, 2018 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. As of 2023, the center has had a history of establishment and operation for 05 years (2018-2023).
On September 11, 2020, the Department of Science and Technology under the Hanoi People's Committee certified the Center for Research and Promotion of Cultural Resources as a unit operating in the field of science and technology; Conducting scientific research in the field of culture; Carrying out scientific and technological service activities such as: Consulting, transferring research results, participating in training, knowledge improvement, organizing seminars, scientific conferences, international cooperation in the field of culture.
CRaDCR has carried out many professional activities in research, transfer of research results and policy consulting, notably:
- Participate in implementing the National Science and Technology project: i). Compiling the Vietnam National Calendar (abbreviated as National History); ii). Researching and building the Vietnam National Geographical Book: History Collection", code: NVQC.19.08 under the National Special Science and Technology Task "Building the Vietnam National Geographical Book";
- Participated in 02 archaeological surveys and excavations: i). Coordinated with the Historical Research Board, Department of Culture and Sports of Thanh Hoa province to excavate the Van Lai Yen Truong relic; ii). Coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh to organize the excavation and archaeological research of the Tinh Lu pagoda relic, Lang Ngam commune, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province.
- Coordinate with localities to organize 02 scientific seminars as a basis for developing and implementing policies to preserve and promote the value of cultural heritage: i) Coordinate with Lang Son City People's Committee to organize seminars: Nhi - Tam Thanh scenic relics, To Thi mountain, Mac citadel, cultural heritage and tourism potential; ii). Coordinate with Ninh Binh Department of Culture to organize seminars "Traditional and modern Ninh Binh ancient pottery craft".
- Implement 03 projects for policy planning in Quang Ninh province, Ha Long city and Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province: i). Project: Management and organization of festivals in Quang Ninh province until 2025, with a vision to 2030 (accepted); ii). Project on Management, preservation and promotion of the value of relics and scenic spots in Hoanh Bo district (old) until 2030, with a vision to 2035 (accepted); iii). Project on Management, preservation and promotion of the value of relics and scenic spots in Cam Pha city until 2025, with a vision to 2030 (accepted).
