To implement the content of the working session between Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) and the People's Committee of Ha Giang province held on September 20, 2022, and to enhance the national position and responsibility and further strengthen the cooperative relationship between VNU and Ha Giang province, VNU has assigned the VNU Scientists Club (VSL) and the Institute of Policy and Management (IPAM), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, to jointly organize a training course on enhancing leadership and management skills for officials of Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province, from October 13 to 18, 2022.
The course content will focus on developing skills such as: Time management; Planning and effective work execution; Work monitoring and supervision skills; Conflict management in leadership and management; Decision-making and problem-solving skills for leaders; Sharing experiences on the difficulties and obstacles faced by female leaders and managers in the new context; and a practical internship program and exchange and discussion with experts on applying management models to the local area.
