Implementing the content of the working session between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the People's Committee of Ha Giang province held on September 20, 2022, and at the same time aiming to enhance the position, national responsibility and further strengthen the cooperative relationship between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Ha Giang province, Vietnam National University, Hanoi assigned the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Scientists Club (VSL) and the Institute of Policy and Management (IPAM), University of Social Sciences and Humanities to coordinate in organizing the Training Course on Capacity Building, Leadership and Management Skills for officials of Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province from October 13 to 18, 2022.
The content of the course will focus on fostering skills such as: Time management; Effective planning and implementation of work; Work inspection and supervision skills; Conflict management in leadership and management; Decision-making and problem-solving skills of leaders; Sharing experiences on difficulties and barriers of female leaders and managers in the new context and the practical internship program and exchange and discussion with experts on applying management models to localities.
