MSc. Nguyen Van Thuy highly appreciated the initiative of the Faculty Trade Unions in coordinating the seminar, which was both scientifically significant and highly practical.
Associate Professor Bui Thi Hong Thai, lecturer and psychological consultant from the Department of Psychology, was a speaker at the panel discussion, engaging in discussions with delegates about listening, understanding, and sharing skills within the family. Conflicts and disagreements between spouses and children are inevitable within families, but this doesn't mean that people don't love each other. The most important thing is for family members to accept each other's differences, thereby fostering better understanding and love among family members.

At the seminar, the speaker shared insights on how childhood attachments to parents influence romantic relationships (with partners) in adulthood. Simultaneously, the speaker discussed ways to interact and the EQ5 tool for empathizing with family, friends, and colleagues.
In the practical session, the speaker presented psychological situations arising in life that lead to "conflict," allowing participants to experience, share their negative emotions, and switch roles to understand the negative emotions others are experiencing. From this, we will have the opportunity to empathize, empathize, and encourage each other to overcome and resolve any "conflicts."
