Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, shared the values of applying digital signatures in school management.
Speaking at the training session, Associate Professor Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector of the school said that digital transformation is an inevitable trend and a development strategy of the school. In recent times, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has been a pioneer in the Vietnam National University, Hanoi in digital transformation activities by applying software to support one-stop administrative procedure settlement for students, Job information portal, Student management and support app; is the first unit to deploy mobile applications exclusively for students to provide an interactive information channel for them in training and scientific research activities... USSH is also one of the first units to deploy digital signatures on Eoffice software to the level of Faculty/Institute/Center/Department with synchronous technology solutions, moving towards application throughout the school. In addition to direct training activities, the CCIT Center also builds intuitive instructional clips for users.

The application of digital signatures from the leaders of the Faculties/Institutes/Centers/Departments will support teachers to handle administrative procedures quickly, neatly, effectively and promptly. Thereby saving time, printing costs, ensuring information security, helping teachers to sign anytime, anywhere via the internet.
Previously, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, has implemented many projects on digital transformation, including the completion of the project "Improving digital capacity for students". The project has integrated digital skills training content from the Meta Group's Digital Age Thinking program into the "Introduction to Information Capacity" course and deployed training for more than 3,000 students; Built a digital capacity framework for students and digital capacity development materials; Established the Digital Humanities Club, organized a video creation contest "Message for the digital generation" on a national scale.
