Dr. Doan Huong spent 10 years studying and researching in Russia, becoming the first female Doctor of Philology in Vietnam. She previously taught at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication (University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi), was a visiting lecturer at numerous universities worldwide, and is a renowned cultural researcher. Society is still shocked by phenomena such as school violence, child abuse, doctors' negligence towards patients, the increase in social evils and the severity of crimes, traffic accidents resulting in death due to lack of rescue, and deviant lifestyles… Therefore, to change this, we must start with education and culture. This is the issue of cultural behavior in modern society. Because without good cultural behavior, young people will find it difficult to succeed in life. Sometimes, just one wrong behavior or one negative thought can have a significant impact on their entire lives. Cultural behavior should begin with loving our family and friends, then extending to our community and country. Next is the issue of learning. Young people must possess knowledge to take control of their lives, contribute to society, and create value. Next is foreign language skills – a tool that helps young people integrate globally and absorb the best of world intellect and civilization. In addition, young people need to cultivate a reading culture and engage in physical exercise. Live positively, passionately, diligently, and compassionately – these are the messages that Dr. Doan Huong frequently mentions in her talks with young people.
