The generation of young people in their 20s

The Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management, having gone through 20 years of construction and development, has seen four generations – "Four Generations of Collaborative Students".First generationThese are esteemed teachers such as Associate Professor, Meritorious Teacher Vuong Dinh Quyen, Associate Professor, Doctor Dao Xuan Chuc, ... who were instrumental in laying the foundation and establishing the Archival Department in the Faculty of History nearly 50 years ago, and who also had the vision and were instrumental in proposing that the faculty become an independent unit twenty years ago. On this important day for the faculty, these teachers are still healthy, still participating in teaching and research, serving as role models for future generations.

Second generationBorn in the late 1950s, the second generation inherited the achievements of the first generation. Over the past 20 years, the second generation has been responsible for helping the faculty maintain and develop the department in all aspects, from the number of staff and students to expanding programs, scale, scope, and types of training, broadening research directions, and continuing to affirm and maintain the pioneering and leading position of a highly reputable training unit in the industry and society.

Stillfourth generationThese are the people being nurtured and trained by the shared home of Archival Studies and Office Management. These are very young students, though somewhat inexperienced, who represent the hope and future of the department in the coming years. This is a great happiness, the youthful energy of their 20s that all generations of the Archival Studies and Office Management department are united in creating and are responsible for preserving and spreading.

The pride of being 20 years old.

The greatest achievement of the Archival Studies and Office Management program is the success of its graduates, who have worked and demonstrated their abilities in various positions. From those who have retired or are currently working, to recent graduates, regardless of their role, they have all strived tirelessly, always trying to apply the knowledge they learned in school to real-world situations.

Graduates from the faculty have worked in top-level agencies such as the Central Party Office, the Presidential Office, the National Assembly Office, the Government Office, as well as the offices of all Ministries, Departments, and People's Committees and People's Councils at all levels.
