On March 12, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), in collaboration with An Vuong Land Real Estate Trading & Services Joint Stock Company, organized a career guidance talk show with the theme "Gen Z Determines Market Trends - Exploring Sales Careers". The talk show's theme attracted the interest and participation of nearly 500 students from 28 training programs of the University.
The event was organized with the aim of helping students grasp the development trends of the labor market, develop skills, access diverse job opportunities suitable for students in social sciences and humanities, and orient their future careers.
At the talk show, VNU-USSH students had the opportunity to listen to speakers openly share vivid stories from their real-life experiences on their career paths and the "secrets" to success, as well as their work experience in the corporate environment. The speakers highly appreciated the significance of the close connection between the university and businesses through these specific activities. This provided students with the chance to meet recruiters directly, grasp the latest information on labor market trends, determine their career paths, and find suitable jobs with good income and opportunities for personal development after graduation. At the same time, recruiters could understand the job needs, desires, and strengths of young workers (especially Gen Z students) and find suitable personnel for their future development strategies.
Expressing her pride as an alumnus of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, expert Nguyen Thanh Nga (former student of K52, Faculty of Sociology) shared: the knowledge and skills she accumulated while studying at the university are a solid foundation that has enabled her to venture into new fields and achieve success. Building upon that initial knowledge, students need to continuously learn, strive, set specific goals, and persistently pursue them.
At the event, company representatives also shared information about attractive job opportunities for students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the field of real estate sales through a professional training and experience program from An Vuong Land.

Dr. Pham Huy Cuong and Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai (from the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department) represented the University in presenting a bouquet of flowers to thank the speaker for participating in the event and providing the students with much useful information.
This event, part of the Job Fair - Connecting Employers 2025 series, will be held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on March 23, 2025, with the participation of dozens of businesses and employers providing information on more than 1,000 job positions for students.
