Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 206/HD-CĐN dated May 29, 2012 of the Vietnam Education Trade Union and Official Dispatch No. 49/CĐ DHVNHN dated June 5 of the Hanoi National University Trade Union on "Awarding Commemorative Medal for the cause of building trade union organization" in 2012, the Executive Committee of the University Trade Union requests the Executive Committees of the trade unions of the units to study and implement the content of the above Official Dispatch (attached) and send the commendation proposal dossier to the University Trade Union Office before June 18, 2012.

The International Conference on Social Work and Social Policy opened this morning, June 11, 2012. The conference was jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, San Jose State University and the Asia-Pacific Association for Social Work Education (USA).

Regarding the history of Vietnamese vocabulary, we have the work History of Vietnamese vocabulary (period 1858-1945) by Prof. Dr. Le Quang Thiem (Hanoi, 2003), or mentioned in works such as: Studying historical Vietnamese by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc San (Hanoi, 1993); Textbook on the history of Vietnamese language (Draft) by Prof. Dr. Tran Tri Doi (Hanoi, 2005), Lectures on the history of Vietnamese language (20th century) by Professor Dinh Van Duc (Hanoi, 2005)... But the workA brief history of Vietnamese vocabularyby Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu, just published by Vietnam Education Publishing House in 2011, is the most complete, largest-scale, and most meticulously and carefully done monograph on this issue.
