University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

In accordance with Official Letter No. 206/HD-CĐN dated May 29, 2012, from the Vietnam Education Trade Union and Official Letter No. 49/CĐ ĐHQGHN dated June 5, 2012, from the Trade Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, regarding the "Awarding of Commemorative Medals for the Cause of Building Trade Union Organizations" in 2012, the Executive Committee of the University's Trade Union requests the executive committees of the trade unions of the units to study and implement the contents of the above official letters (attached) and submit the award nomination dossiers to the University's Trade Union Office before June 18, 2012.

The International Conference on Social Work and Social Policy opened this morning, June 11, 2012. The conference was jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, San Jose State University, and the Asia-Pacific Association for Social Work Education (USA).

Regarding the history of Vietnamese vocabulary, we have the work "History of Vietnamese Vocabulary (1858-1945)" by Professor Dr. Le Quang Thiem (Hanoi, 2003), or it is mentioned in works such as: "Understanding Historical Vietnamese" by Professor Dr. Nguyen Ngoc San (Hanoi, 1993); "Textbook on the History of Vietnamese Language (Draft)" by Professor Dr. Tran Tri Doi (Hanoi, 2005), Lectures on the history of the Vietnamese language (20th century) by Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Duc (Hanoi, 2005)... The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces: The teaching schedule for the subjects of Marxist-Leninist Philosophy and Foreign Language for postgraduate students of the QH-2011-X cohort will begin on June 11, 2012.

A scientific seminar on the topic "Environmental Journalism in Vietnam: Developments, Stakeholders, and the Latest Issues" was organized by the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Institute (Federal Republic of Germany) on May 24, 2012.

On May 23, 2012, the Department of Anthropology organized a seminar to discuss the doctoral program in Anthropology. Attendees included scientists, researchers, and lecturers from universities offering anthropology programs both domestically and internationally.

The documents include guidelines for summarizing the 2010-2011 school year and developing the 2011-2012 school year plan; guidelines for implementing emulation and reward activities; and necessary forms.
