[Video] 10 Years of USSH - RLS Partnership

The commemoration ceremony was an opportunity to summarize the cooperation between the two sides in the following areas: enhancing policy planning capacity, educational reform, and selecting left-wing theories for Vietnam in the context of the current economy.
