On October 22nd, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held the opening ceremony for the French-language Master's programs in collaboration with the University of Toulouse II – Le Mirail (France), for the academic year 2011-2012.

Held on October 22nd in Ba Vi, the conference aimed to evaluate postgraduate training in 2010 and 2011, set directions and tasks for the 2011-2012 academic year, and outline key solutions to improve the quality of postgraduate training.

On the afternoon of October 15, 2011, the Center for Foreign Languages ​​and International Educational Exchange Promotion – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the Cambridge English Examination Board (Cambridge ESOL), organized a workshop on the "European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR)".

The Faculty of Journalism and Communication (University of Social Sciences and Humanities), in collaboration with the "Enhancing the Capacity of Young Vietnamese Journalists" Project (funded by the US Embassy), will organize a training course on journalistic skills in November 2011, with a total value of USD 15,000. Professor Vu Duong Ninh introduces the book "Vietnamese People and the Sea," edited by Associate Professor Nguyen Van Kim, published by The Gioi Publishing House, 2011.

The Global Conference on Social Work and Social Development will be held in Stockholm, Sweden from July 8-12, 2012. This conference aims to welcome researchers, educators, policymakers, and social service organizations in the field of social work and social development. The main purpose of the conference is to introduce and share new perspectives and knowledge, as well as share lessons learned from successes and failures in the field of social work and social development globally.
