Also during this time, on January 26, 2011, the Emulation and Reward Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities met and considered the proposal of the Emulation and Reward Council of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi to consider the proposal of the President to award: - Third Class Independence Medal to the Faculty of History - First Class Labor Medal to the Faculty of Literature, Faculty of Linguistics and Faculty of Philosophy. - Third Class Labor Medal to the Faculty of Information and Library and 4 staff. Proposing the Prime Minister to award Certificates of Merit to the Department of Scientific Research Management, the Department of Postgraduate Training, the Department of History of Philosophy - Faculty of Philosophy and 04 staff. Proposing the Director of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi to award a Certificate of Merit to the Faculty of Sociology on the occasion of its 15th anniversary. Proposing the Ministry of Culture and Information to award a Certificate of Merit to the Faculty of Journalism and Communication on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.
