Some of the targets set by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2009-2010 academic year were approved by the Conference of Faculty and Staff Delegates on October 24, 2009.
- The school was awarded the title of Outstanding Advanced School;
- At least 80% of the units achieved the title of Advanced Labor Collective, of which 50% achieved the title of Excellent Advanced Collective;
- At least 80% of officials and employees achieve the title of Advanced Worker, of which 25% are outstanding workers at various levels;
- All staff members pursuing postgraduate studies and doctoral research defended their theses and dissertations on time; 85% of lecturers have postgraduate qualifications, of which 20% hold the titles of professor and associate professor;
- 100% of faculty members leading scientific research projects at all levels complete their projects on time; each lecturer and researcher publishes at least one scientific work;
- 95% of students in the high-quality program achieved academic results of at least "good," with 45% achieving "excellent"; 100% of students in the international standard program achieved academic results of at least "good," with 30% achieving "excellent."
- 70% of students in the standard program achieved academic results of "good" or higher; the percentage of students with poor academic performance was reduced to below 5%.
