On September 30, 2009, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held the opening ceremony for the French-language Master's programs for the 2009-2011 cohort.
At the opening ceremony, 24 students from the first cohort of the MADO program received their diplomas, and 20 students from the second cohort of the MADO program were awarded certificates for completing their first year of study.

PUF awarded 7 scholarships, including 3 for MADO 1 and 4 for MADO 2.
In December 2009, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will organize preparatory classes for students wishing to participate in the French-language Master's program. The content of these classes will include French and some basic science subjects to help enhance the knowledge of candidates before the official entrance examination.
Since 2007, in Vietnam, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Toulouse II le Mirail (France), the Agency for Francophone Universities in Asia Pacific (AUF), and the Francophone University Organization in Hanoi (PUF) have collaborated to implement master's degree programs in: Organizational Management (MADO), Hotel Management (MMH), and Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology (PDEA). These are high-quality programs with content provided by the University of Toulouse II, based on research into societal needs and the practical application of these fields in Vietnam.
The language of instruction is French. The diploma is awarded by the University of Toulouse II le Mirail. Lecturers are French and Vietnamese experts. The programs aim to propose new thinking on organizational management, human resource management, and employment management, and emphasize practical professional skills upon graduation.

Many fundamental and highly applied subjects are taught, such as: Human Resource Management, Public Administration Development and Management, Tourism Product Development and Management, Luxury Hotel Management, Culinary Management, Human Resource Management, Labor Relations Analysis, Occupational Relations Analysis...
To date, the MADO program has conducted 3 training courses with 69 participants. The MMH program has conducted 2 training courses with 66 participants. The PDEA program has conducted 3 training courses with 61 participants.
Outstanding graduates will have the opportunity to receive scholarships to pursue doctoral programs in France.
