- Leaders of units monitor and closely follow the developments of the epidemic through official mass media, maintain and ensure serious and effective implementation of solutions to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to updated guidance and direction documents of all levels and the School.
- Leaders of units actively coordinate with the School's Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee in receiving information from students, making a list of all cases of staff, students, postgraduate students in the F2, F3 category of the unit (if any) and sending it to the School's Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee (phone number: 0982036807; email:cuongph.1982@gmail.com) and recommend that these cases strictly follow the home quarantine steps according to the Ministry of Health's instructions. Cases from F4 onwards can go to work and school normally, but need to proactively implement measures to self-monitor health, prevent and control epidemics according to the instructions of specialized agencies.
Units must stop crowded activities, other normal activities must be based on ensuring requirements for reasonable distancing, body temperature checks, mandatory wearing of masks at all times on school grounds, use of disinfectants, and timely and complete medical declarations.
- The organization of semester exams needs to be tightly organized, strictly ensuring epidemic prevention factors: wearing masks, measuring body temperature before entering the exam room, using antiseptic solution, making medical declarations... In case of necessity, the Training Department proactively discusses with training units about plans to convert testing and assessment methods from written exams to essays.
- Training units prepare plans to switch to online teaching and learning when necessary; the Training Department and the IT Application Center coordinate with UPM Company (the unit sponsoring the UPM online teaching platform for the School in the period 1/2020-1/2022) to review technical conditions and prepare for online teaching and learning in the coming time.
- Looking forward to the Lunar New Year 2021, units should note:
5.1 Propose that staff, students, pupils, and postgraduates strictly implement disease prevention and control measures: do not or limit travel to epidemic areas, limit large gatherings; encourage family celebrations of Tet;
5.2 Make a list of cadres, students, postgraduates returning to their hometowns in epidemic areas to celebrate Tet and enjoy spring to monitor and manage, and at the same time implement safety measures when necessary (allow them to stay at home, conduct online teaching and learning).
- Units must carry out environmental sanitation work, ensuring that all working areas, lecture halls, libraries, restrooms, parking lots, canteens, etc. must have disinfectant, soap, clean water, and maintain general hygiene.
- The Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association of the School and other units continue to carry out propaganda and dissemination work for cadres, students, postgraduates to strictly implement the instructions of all levels and the School.
The school will base on the development of the epidemic to have timely and appropriate instructions.
