In accordance with Notice No. 4875/TB-LĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs regarding holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year) in 2021 for officials, civil servants, and employees of administrative and public service agencies, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces to its units the following schedule for the Lunar New Year holiday in 2021 (Year of the Ox):
1. For teachers, students of the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities, university lecturers (except those assigned to grade exams), undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and doctoral candidates:
The Tet holiday period is from Thursday, February 4, 2021 (the 23rd day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Rat) to Sunday, February 21, 2021 (the 10th day of the 1st lunar month of the Year of the Ox).
2. For administrative staff and civil servants:
The Tet holiday period is from Wednesday, February 10, 2021 (the 29th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Rat) to Tuesday, February 16, 2021 (the 5th day of the 1st lunar month of the Year of the Ox).
The school requires all departments to clean their workplaces, check for electrical and water safety, and seal their offices before the Lunar New Year holiday.
The Administrative and General Affairs Department will deploy personnel for security, electricity and water supply, reinforcement, and command duty 24/7 during the Tet holiday.
