Notice on adding B1 certificate granting facility recognized by VNU Hanoi

The school announces the addition of B1 certificate granting facilities recognized by Hanoi National University, details in CV No. 70/VNU-DT Seehere

(Students should follow the appendix to know the foreign language certificate form prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training. Certificates with forms other than the above form will not be accepted.) In addition to adding 02 units to issue B1 certificates, Vinh University and the People's Security Academy, the application of foreign language output standards for graduate students is still implemented according to instruction 297 of VNU.
