The school announces the addition of B1 certificate-issuing centers recognized by Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Details can be found in Official Letter No. 70/ĐHQGHN-ĐT.here

(Students should refer to the appendix for the sample foreign language certificate prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training; certificates with a different sample than the one above will not be accepted). In addition to adding two more institutions to issue B1 certificates, namely Vinh University and the People's Security Academy, the application of foreign language output standards for postgraduate students will continue to follow Guideline 297 of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
