Note:

- All graduate students are requested to arrive on time as announced. Latecomers will not have time to complete the procedures of signing for the diploma, changing into formal attire and receiving the diploma on stage.

- Students sit in the correct position in the Hall assigned by the Organizing Committee.

- Students coming to receive their diplomas must bring valid photo identification.

- Students authorizing another person to pick up their diploma must bring a notarized authorization document with a notarized copy of the ID card/passport/citizen identification card of the authorizing person and the authorized person.
