Note:

- We kindly request that all graduate students arrive on time as announced. Latecomers will not have enough time to complete the procedures for signing for their diplomas, changing into their ceremonial attire, and receiving their diplomas on stage.

- Participants should sit in the assigned seats in the auditorium as directed by the Organizing Committee.

- Students receiving their diplomas must bring valid photo identification.

- Students who authorize someone else to pick up their certificate must bring a notarized authorization document along with notarized copies of the identity card/passport/citizen card of both the authorizing person and the authorized person.
