Adjustments on additional enrollment 2012

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 5551/BGDĐT-GDĐH, dated August 23, 2012 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the 2012 regular university and college entrance exam, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces to the leaders of the units and all candidates as follows:

1. Adjustment of additional enrollment schedule

- Deadline for receiving additional admission application: 5:00 p.m., September 7, 2012 - Time allowed for candidates to withdraw submitted application: Before 5:00 p.m., September 4, 2012. - Expected time to announce additional admission results: 2:00 p.m., September 10, 2012 - Additional admitted students enroll: From September 12 to September 24, 2012 Note: Admitted candidates, if they need to receive an admission notice at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, please call the phone number: 0946631686 (meet Mr. Nguyen Van Hong) from the afternoon of September 10, 2012 to 5:00 p.m., September 11, 2012 to register to receive an admission notice. After this deadline, the School will send the admission notice to the candidate's registered address.

2. Withdraw the application of unsuccessful candidates for additional admission

- Candidates who do not pass the supplementary entrance exam can withdraw their submitted application but will not be refunded the application fee. - Time for withdrawing application: From 2:00 p.m., September 12, 2012 to the end of September 2012. - When withdrawing application, candidates must bring their exam card or ID card or other identification documents with photo, certified by the local authority or high school. If a relative comes to withdraw the application, in addition to the above documents of the candidate, there must be a power of attorney from the candidate for the person withdrawing the application and that person's identification documents.
