On August 10, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities sent admission notices and university entrance exam results (for the second round of admissions…) to candidates who took the C-block exam for admission to Hanoi National University in 2012.
1. For successful candidates
The school will send the admission letter directly to each candidate, along with their resume, to the address provided on their application form. If you have not received the admission letter by August 25th, 2012, please refer to the Admission Information and Resume at the end of this announcement to prepare for enrollment; you should also contact the School's Training Department for further guidance (telephone: 04.38585237; address: Room 604B, Building E, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi).
Admission information for candidates who passed the 2012 regular university entrance examination.

LocationBuilding G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. Upon enrollment, you must pay:
- Admission notice for successful candidates in 2012: original and 3 photocopies.
- High school diploma or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification, or a temporary graduation certificate (original) for candidates who graduated from high school in 2012.
- High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy or certified copy from the school where you graduated, and the original for verification.
- Birth certificate: 1 notarized photocopy.
- CopyResume/CV using the attached template, with a photograph affixed, stamped with a seal, and certified by the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
- Certificate of eligibility for social welfare benefits (if applicable).
- Personal history and Party/Youth Union membership transfer documents (if any).
- The temporary residence registration form is issued by the ward (or commune) police station, along with a photocopy of the National Identity Card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).
- Military service registration transfer certificate (for males within the age range for military service).
- Ten 3x4 photos and two 6x9 photos, taken no more than six months prior to the enrollment date.
- Fees include: + Student ID card and student materials fee: 50,000 VND + Tuition fee (provisional): 700,000 VND + Health record and medical examination fee: According to VNU regulations + Dormitory fee (for students eligible for dormitory accommodation): According to VNU regulations + Temporary residence registration (for students residing in the dormitory): 50,000 VND + Health insurance: 265,000 VND/year (according to Bao Viet Insurance Company regulations) + Voluntary personal accident insurance: 165,000 VND/4 years (according to Bao Viet Insurance Company regulations).
Note:Successful candidates admitted to Vietnam National University, Hanoi who meet the eligibility requirements and wish to do so can participate in the UOB Bank's interest-free loan program to pay tuition fees (details can be found here).

2. For candidates who were not admitted
- For candidates who submitted their applications to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities: The university will send the candidate's exam results notification to the address the candidate wrote on the envelope submitted with the application. - Other candidates will receive their exam results notification at the place where they submitted their application.
*Note for candidates taking the A, B, and D1,2,3,4,5,6 exams*
Candidates taking the A and B subject groups should contact the Training Department of the University of Natural Sciences, while those taking the D subject group should contact the Training Department of the University of Foreign Languages.
*Note for candidates who need dormitory accommodation*
Candidates who need dormitory accommodation should contact the Me Tri Student Dormitory Center.
