On August 10, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities sent admission notices and university entrance exam results (used for the second round of admission...) to candidates taking the C block exam to Hanoi National University in 2012.
1. For successful candidates
The school will directly send the admission notice to each candidate along with their CV to the candidate's address listed on the registration form. By August 25, 2012, if the candidate has not received the admission notice, please refer to the Admission Information and CV at the end of this notice to prepare for admission; at the same time, the candidate should contact the School's Training Department for further instructions (phone: 04.38585237; address: Room 604B, Building E, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).
Admission information for candidates passing the 2012 regular university entrance exam
Time: 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 5, 2012
Location: Building G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi When enrolling, you must submit:
- Notice of admission for successful candidates in 2012: original and 03 photocopies.
- High school diploma or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy and original for verification or Temporary graduation certificate (original) for candidates graduating from high school in 2012.
- High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy or confirmation from the school where graduated and have the original for verification.
- Birth certificate: 01 notarized photocopy.
- CopyCV according to attached form, with a photo stamped and certified by the local authority or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
- Certificate of eligibility for social policy priority (if any).
- CV and Party and Youth Union transfer papers (if any).
- Temporary absence registration form issued by the ward (commune) police station, accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).
- Military service registration transfer paper (for men of military service age).
- 10 3x4 photos and 02 6x9 photos, taken within 6 months of admission date.
- Fees: + Fee for making student cards and documents for students: 50,000 VND + Tuition (provisional collection): 700,000 VND + Fee for purchasing health records and health check-ups: According to VNU's regulations + Dormitory fee (for students eligible to stay in the dormitory): According to VNU's regulations + Temporary residence registration (for students staying in the dormitory): 50,000 VND + Health insurance: 265,000 VND/1 year (according to Bao Viet Insurance Company's regulations) + Personal insurance (voluntary): 165,000 VND/4 years (according to Bao Viet Insurance Company's regulations).
Note:Candidates admitted to VNU who meet the requirements and wish to participate in the interest-free loan program from UOB Bank to pay tuition fees (for details, see
attached textthis notice).
2. For unsuccessful candidates
- Candidates submit their application at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities: The school will send the exam result notice to the candidate's address written on the envelope enclosed with the application. - Other candidates will receive the exam result notice at the place where they submitted their application.
* Note for candidates taking block A, block B and block D1,2,3,4,5,6
Candidates for group A and B should contact the Training Department of the University of Natural Sciences, and for group D should contact the Training Department of the University of Foreign Languages.
* Note for candidates who need to stay in dormitories
Candidates who need to stay in dormitories should contact Me Tri Student Boarding Center.
