Adjustments to supplementary admissions in 2012

In accordance with Official Letter No. 5551/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated August 23, 2012, from the Ministry of Education and Training regarding the selection process for the 2012 regular university and college entrance examination, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the following to the leaders of all units and all candidates:

1. Adjust the supplementary admissions schedule.

- Deadline for submitting supplementary admission applications: 5 PM, September 7, 2012 - Deadline for withdrawing submitted applications: Before 5 PM, September 4, 2012. - Expected time for announcing supplementary admission results: 2 PM, September 10, 2012 - Students admitted through supplementary admission will enroll: From September 12 to September 24, 2012. Note: Admitted students who wish to receive their admission letter from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are invited to call 0946631686 (contact Mr. Nguyen Van Hong) between the afternoon of September 10, 2012 and 5 PM, September 11, 2012 to register for the admission letter. After this deadline, the school will send the admission letter to the address the candidate registered.

2. Withdraw the application files of candidates who were not admitted in the supplementary selection process.

- Candidates who were not admitted in the supplementary admissions process may withdraw their submitted applications, but the application fee will not be refunded. - Application withdrawal period: From 2 PM on September 12, 2012, until the end of September 2012. - When withdrawing applications, candidates must bring their examination card, national identity card, or other photo identification document certified by the local government or high school. If a relative withdraws the application, in addition to the candidate's documents, they must also provide a letter of authorization from the candidate and the relative's identification document.
