2. Additional application documents, time, how to submit application and application fee

2.1 Additional application documents include:- Original copy of the 2012 regular university entrance exam results report with full information on the additional admission major. Photocopies or notarized copies of the exam results report are not accepted. - Original or notarized copy of the priority subject certificate if the candidate is a priority subject. If the candidate is an ethnic minority, submit a notarized copy of the birth certificate or identity card (with both sides of the identity card). - 01 stamped envelope with the candidate's full name, mailing address and phone number (if any).2.2 Time to receive documents: From August 10, 2012 to 5:00 p.m., date07/9/2012.2.3 How to apply:- Send by post to the address: Training Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (No. 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi). - Submit directly to the Training Department (address above) during office hours, from Monday to Friday. Document collector: Master Nguyen Danh Quang2.4 Application fee: 15,000 VND/file

3. Announcement of the list of candidates submitting XTBS applications

3.1From August 11, 2012 to 4:00 p.m. September 5, 2012. Every day, at 10:00 a.m., the School announces the list of candidates who submitted their registration (or were sent by post) the previous day on the website of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.See here.3.2Information about the candidate's XTBS profile includes: full name, date of birth, registration number, subject, region, exam score of each subject, total score of 3 subjects, profile number, XTBS major code, date of receiving XTBS profile, date of returning XTBS profile (if any).

4. Withdrawal of application for additional admission

4.1 Time allowed for withdrawal of application: August 10, 2012 tobefore 5:00 p.m., September 4, 2012(14:00 – 16:00 daily)4.2 Where to withdraw XTBS documents: Training Department (at the above address)4.3 Requirements when withdrawing documents: Candidates must bring their exam card or ID card or other identification documents with a photo, certified by the local authority or high school. If a relative comes to withdraw the application, in addition to the above documents of the candidate, there must be a power of attorney from the candidate for the person withdrawing the application and that person's identification documents.4.4 The application fee will not be refunded if the candidate withdraws the submitted application..Note: Candidates who withdraw their application for major A of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities can still submit their application for major B of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities if they wish to and within the allowed time.
