2. Supplementary application documents, deadlines, application submission methods, and application fees.
2.1 The supplementary application documents include:- Original copy of the 2012 university entrance exam results slip for the regular program, fully completed with information on the supplementary admission major. Photocopies or notarized copies of the exam results slip will not be accepted. - Original or notarized copy of the priority certificate if applicable. If the candidate is from an ethnic minority group, a notarized copy of the birth certificate or national identity card (both sides of the national identity card) must be submitted. - One stamped envelope clearly stating the candidate's full name, mailing address, and phone number (if any).
2.2 Application submission periodFrom August 10, 2012 to 5 PM, that day
07/9/2012.
2.3 How to submit your application:- Send by mail to: Training Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi). - Submit directly to the Training Department (address above) during office hours, Monday to Friday. Contact person: Mr. Nguyen Danh Quang, M.Sc.
2.4 Application Fee15,000 VND/application
3. Announce the list of candidates who submitted applications for the XTBS exam.
3.1From August 11, 2012 to 4:00 PM on September 5, 2012, at 10:00 AM each day, the University will publish the list of candidates who submitted applications (or received them by mail) the previous day on the University of Social Sciences and Humanities website.

3.2Information about the candidate's XTBS application includes: full name, date of birth, registration number, category, region, scores for each subject, total score for 3 subjects, application number, XTBS major code, date of receipt of XTBS application, date of return of XTBS application (if applicable).
4. Withdraw your application for supplementary admission.
4.1 Time limit for withdrawing documentsFrom August 10, 2012 to

4.2 Location for withdrawing XTBS application documentsTraining Department (at the address above)
4.3 Requirements when coming to withdraw documentsCandidates must bring their exam card, national identity card, or other photo identification document certified by the local government or high school. If a relative comes to withdraw the application, in addition to the candidate's documents, they must also bring a letter of authorization from the candidate to the person withdrawing the application and the relative's identification document.
4.4 Application fees will not be refunded if applicants withdraw their submitted applications..
NoteCandidates who withdraw their application for major A at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities can still apply for major B at the same university if they so wish and within the permitted timeframe.
