During the working session, the delegation inspected and evaluated the COVID-19 prevention and control work of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities across the following categories: leadership; communication; environmental hygiene and disinfection; medical services and epidemic prevention; and other related tasks.

The inspection results show that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities' disease prevention and control work has been implemented thoroughly and consistently across all areas. The university has ensured a complete system of guiding documents, assigned tasks to relevant units, and developed a clear hygiene plan; carried out disinfection spraying of the entire campus and lecture halls three times; provided sufficient hand sanitizer (120 bottles + 60 liters) in classrooms and offices; posted leaflets (4000 leaflets), published information on the website and Zalo group about safe hygiene and disease prevention measures; provided face masks (8000 masks) and thermometers for checking body temperature in the lecturers' rooms… Particularly during the pandemic, the university organized online e-learning for more than 8,000 students to help them maintain their progress and become familiar with the new learning method.
The delegation highly appreciated the achievements and suggested that the school continue to build upon them, while also offering some recommendations to further improve disease prevention and control efforts.

Mr. Vu Kien Trung, on behalf of the Hanoi City Task Force for Ensuring Hygiene and Preventing Epidemics, announced the conclusions of the inspection.
On behalf of the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his gratitude for the close inspection and supervision by the Hanoi City Task Force on Hygiene and Disease Prevention. The University will acknowledge and incorporate the Task Force's feedback and commits to continuing to cooperate closely with Hanoi City's health and environmental agencies in disease prevention and control in the future.
