On the official enrollment day of the 68th cohort of new students, September 6th, 2023, the Vietnam-Ireland Bilateral Education Cooperation Project (VIBE), in collaboration with the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, organized a ceremony to donate used traditional Vietnamese dresses (áo dài) to the students.

The project was launched out of a desire to give new female students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, the opportunity to wear the Vietnamese ao dai on the first day of the new academic year - the first opening ceremony of their university journey.
The traditional Vietnamese dresses were presented to the students as a warm welcome to the new members of the Hanoi House of Humanities, wishing them a successful new academic year, excellent academic results, and much joy.
At the same time, these are also "small actions with big impact," allowing us to work together to contribute to sustainable environmental protection.

Time:On September 6, 2023
Location:At the campus of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
Note: When coming to receive the ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress), please remember to bring your Citizen ID card or Admission Notice for registration. After filling in the necessary information on the Ao Dai Collection Form, please receive your ao dai according to the instructions of the Organizing Committee.

Come to us if your children really need it!
