At the beginning of the program, the auditorium was warmed up by exciting performances by students in the Faculty.
Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Duc Thuan (Head of the Department of Archival Science and Office Management) represented the teachers in the Department and expressed his emotion with the gifts - the hearts that the students gave to the lecturers. He also wished that the students would always nurture their dreams and seek companionship and support from their families, teachers and the School.

At the event, the “Young Office Staff” Club (founded in 1997) was announced to be re-launched. The club leader is student Nguyen Trung Duc (K60 Archival Studies and Office Administration).

The focus of the program is the exchange between business administrators with teachers and students revolving around the field of Office Management and Archives.
Regarding the Office Administration industry, the guests participating in the discussion included: Dr. Tran Ba Trung (Director of Finance and Brand Company, Vice President of the Association of Business Managers); Mr. Le Quang Toan (Chief of Office of the Veterans Association of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group); Mr. Doan Van Huy (Deputy Chief of Office of Vietnam Electricity Group).
The guests shared about the importance of office management activities in forming corporate culture; the impact of the 4.0 technology era on office management. When asked whether large corporations are willing to accept students from the Faculty for work and internship, representatives of the businesses committed to accepting students from the Faculty, and even supporting them mentally and materially to start a business.
Discussing the field of Archival Studies, the guests included: Mr. Bui Quang Huy (Director of HT Digital Archives Technology Joint Stock Company); Mr. Dinh The Vinh (Director of Vietnam Document and Archive Services Company Limited); Mr. Truong Tien Tuan (Director of 5-star Technology and Communication Joint Stock Company); Mr. Ninh Viet Thanh (Executive Director of Vietnam Archives Joint Stock Company).
The guests said that currently, human resources in the field of Archival Studies at companies are scarce and proposed to cooperate with the Faculty to increase the number of graduates each year and improve the output quality of training products. Regarding this issue, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Duc Thuan said that VNU has increased the enrollment target for the major to 120-150 students per year. At the same time, the Faculty will open short-term training courses on Archival work for staff working in this field at agencies.
Responding to the question about the skills required of graduates, the representatives shared the same opinion that foreign languages, soft skills such as negotiation, communication, planning, time management, and a progressive spirit are needed. But above all, students must have love and responsibility for their work, and a desire to contribute to the development of the company. This will help them to continuously learn to become more proficient in their profession and creative in their orientation and strategy of operations to serve the agency.
Representatives of the Faculty and employers also agreed that the two sides need to exchange information about alumni who have graduated every year, thereby creating job opportunities for them.
The guests all wish to have human resources from the Faculty of Human Resources and Administration.
At the end of the program, the Faculty and employers awarded scholarships to students of the Faculty of Archival Science and Office Administration with the hope that they will make more efforts in studying, training and starting a career.
Teachers, guests and representatives of the Faculty of Information Technology and International Relations had a close exchange and shared valuable experiences.
