The delegation visited the private homes of Prof. Dr. People's Teacher Dinh Van Duc, Prof. People's Teacher Ha Minh Duc, Prof. People's Teacher Nguyen Kim Dinh, and Assoc. Prof. People's Teacher Le Mau Han. These are teachers of the "golden" generation of the former Hanoi University of Science and the present-day University of Social Sciences and Humanities. They have spent almost their entire lives researching and teaching at the University, making important academic contributions to the establishment and development of the fields of study, creating a unique identity in social sciences and humanities research at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Prof. Dr. People's Teacher Dinh Van Duc is an expert in Vietnamese Linguistics, Linguistic Theory and Applied Linguistics. He was Deputy Head of the Department of Linguistics (Faculty of Literature, Hanoi National University) (1980-1985); Head of the Department of Vietnamese (Hanoi National University) (1985-1990); Head of the Department of Linguistics, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (1996-2004).

Professor, People's Teacher Ha Minh Duc is a leading literary researcher, theoretical and critical writer, journalist, poet... who has made many great contributions to the cultural, artistic, scientific and educational life of the country. He once held the position of Vice Head of the Faculty of Literature, Hanoi University of Science (1987-1988); First Head of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication (1990-2000); Director of the Institute of Literature, Editor-in-ChiefLiterary Magazine(1995-2003). He received many major awards such as: State Prize for Science and Technology in 2000, State Prize for Literature and Arts from the Ministry of Culture in 2001, Ho Chi Minh Prize for Science and Technology in 2010.
