Professor Pham Quang Minh delivered the opening remarks at the training course.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Professor Pham Quang Minh emphasized that this is an extremely important and necessary activity to improve the quality of the leadership team of the university's units in the future, especially in the context of modern university governance being identified as a key factor in the operation of universities in Vietnam. In reality, no one can fully imagine the difficulties encountered when assuming a leadership position in a department. This is because the knowledge and skills in management are diverse, rich, integrated, and full of the practical experience of each individual.

The school's leadership also shared the challenges faced by faculty members in their managerial roles within the unique educational environment of a university. As a research and training institution specializing in social sciences and humanities, and with highly qualified individuals under their management, administrative orders cannot be used for effective governance. To meet the standards of academic qualifications, ethical conduct, and managerial experience, faculty leaders must not only be experts in their respective fields but also possess a strong foundation in psychology, management, science, and technology, along with a broad vision.

Professor Dang Quoc Bao (former Director of the Academy of Educational Management)
The Rector suggested that the teachers participating in the training not only acquire scientific knowledge about management but also frankly discuss the practical problems they are facing in their management activities in order to find solutions.

Next, the leaders listened to Professor Dang Quoc Bao (former Director of the Academy of Educational Management) give a lecture and discuss professional topics.
