The school's labor union conducted a field survey in Moc Chau.

In Moc Chau, the delegation had the opportunity to learn about the customs, traditions, and cultural life of the Thai and Muong ethnic groups, and to visit famous landmarks such as Ban Ang Pine Hill, Dai Yem Waterfall, and Moc Chau Tea Plantation.

In particular, a special cultural exchange program was organized during this trip. With impressive songs performed by the female staff and faculty members of the school, it created a warm and cohesive atmosphere throughout the trip.

Associate Professor Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Chairman of the University's Trade Union, said: "This is a practical activity of the University's Trade Union aimed at encouraging female staff and faculty to be even more active in teaching and research. It also creates an opportunity for all female staff and faculty to interact and share experiences in their work and lives on the occasion of the 106th anniversary of International Women's Day."

On the occasion of International Women's Day, March 8th, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the University's Trade Union, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang extends his best wishes for health, success, and happiness to all female staff and faculty members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. He hopes that the female staff and faculty members of the University will always strive, innovate, and excel in their assigned tasks. At the same time, he encourages them to continuously research, study, and improve their skills and expertise, further affirming the important role of women in the process of integration and development.
