This is the biggest event, concluding a series of activities within the framework of the project "Enhancing understanding and participation of youth to promote the right to access information in Vietnam" implemented by the Faculty of Library Information, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU in collaboration with the Center for Education Support and Capacity Building for Women CEPEW Vietnam under the sponsorship of the Canadian Fund.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, delivered the opening speech of the festival.
The discussion "Are students passive in accessing information" was held right after that with the following guests: MSc. Ngo Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Director of the Center for Education Support and Capacity Building for Women CEPEW; MSc. Pham Huy Cuong - Deputy Head of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, University of Social Sciences and Humanities; Dang Trung Anh - student of K58, Faculty of Management Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The discussion attracted the attention and questions of students from many different universities. In the photo, Linh (RMIT University) is asking questions to guest Ngo Thi Thu Ha.
The program also organizes interactive content between the MC and the students.

At the exhibition booths, the groups will provide information about the projects they are implementing, thereby creating a basis to convince students to vote for their projects. Voting by students is one of the bases for evaluating the results of the project.
The organizers are preparing the game zone with four principles of the right to access information.
In addition, many cultural and artistic exchange activities took place continuously after the discussion.
