Professor Nguyen Van Kim welcomed the delegation's visit and work at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Peking University is a prestigious and traditional higher education center in China and Asia, with a multidisciplinary and high-level model. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Peking University have had a long-standing and effective cooperative relationship in many areas: both are members of the BESETOHA network of four leading universities in East Asia (including the University of Tokyo, Seoul National University, Peking University, and Vietnam National University, Hanoi); they regularly exchange students in Chinese and Vietnamese languages; and they organize annual student exchanges...

During the exchange with the university's students, representatives from Peking University focused on sharing information about their training programs and scholarship opportunities for international students. According to the delegation, while the number of Vietnamese students at Peking University is not yet large, they are all excellent students, some of whom have been retained for employment or have secured good positions. For students and trainees from the Literature, Linguistics, and Oriental Studies departments of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the exchange provided valuable opportunities for further study and in-depth research in the future.
