At the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan affirmed: promoting international cooperation and exchange is considered a key task and foundation for the development of the University in the coming time. Up to now, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has signed 220 official cooperation documents with international partners and annually sends more than 100 staff and students abroad to research, teach and study. In particular, the University has cooperated with many famous universities in Korea such as Seoul National University, Pusan ​​University... and the Korea Foundation to develop Korean Studies and many other research and training cooperation programs.

Dr. Jun Hyun Hong Song said that Chung-Ang University wishes to promote cooperation with USSH in areas such as student-teacher exchange. The two sides will also seek various funding sources and scholarships to support students and teachers. The cooperation activities will be based on the official cooperation agreement signed by the two sides on June 19, 2013.

Chung-Ang University was founded in 1918, initially as a kindergarten under the Catholic monastery system and became a girls' school training kindergarten teachers in 1922. In 1953, the school was officially licensed as Chung-Ang University and has continuously developed the quality and reputation of its higher education for more than 50 years. From the date of its establishment until 2018, the school will celebrate its 100th anniversary. The school has 982 faculties, a scale of 30,000 students, multidisciplinary training, from social sciences and humanities, natural sciences, engineering, arts, medicine...
