The meeting was attended by representatives from the University's functional units, including the Administrative and General Affairs Department, the Political and Student Affairs Department, the Training Department, the Cooperation and Development Department, and the Youth Union - Student Association. Under the coordination of Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, representatives from these units discussed and exchanged views on measures to ensure safety, hygiene, and disease prevention in accordance with the directives of the Government and Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Professor Hoang Anh Tuan chaired the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, the assigned units were tasked with implementing the following: ensuring cleanliness of the landscape and environment; providing sufficient water and hand soap in lecture halls and on campus; ensuring food safety and hygiene in the canteen; coordinating with the Vietnam National University Hospital and student volunteers to instruct students to wear masks, have their temperature taken, and declare their health status before entering the school; paying particular attention to students returning to Hanoi from Hai Duong province for their studies. Simultaneously, the University will continuously receive directives from higher authorities and reports from affiliated units regarding disease prevention and health information; and update students on safety guidelines through various communication channels.
