The second "Management Talent" competition for management science students, jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Vietnam Association of Business Managers, took place last night, October 13, 2008, at the Me Tri dormitory cultural center.
The competition featured four teams from four universities in Hanoi: the Management Club of the National Economics University, the Future Managers Club of the University of Commerce, the Management Club of the Academy of Journalism and Communication, and the Young Managers Club of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The program is sponsored by the Vietnam Foreign Trade Bank, the Vietnam Agricultural Bank, and the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation.
There are three main sections: Management Knowledge, Personnel Identification, and Management Case Studies. The Management Knowledge section consists of 10 multiple-choice questions for all teams about Vietnam's economic events from its accession to the WTO to the present. The Personnel Identification section requires each team to correctly identify a model from the opposing team after they have been disguised in masks and self-designed costumes. In the Management Case Studies section, each team presents a management scenario in a theatrical format to challenge the opposing team to provide an answer.

In addition, the audience also has the opportunity to receive many gifts from the organizers through quizzes about the products and services of the sponsors.
The competition is a vibrant platform for management students, creating opportunities for interaction between students and successful managers, while also helping businesses connect with future managers and promote their image to students from many universities.
