The team from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities won first prize in the Management Talent Competition.

The 2nd "Management Talent" contest for students of management science, jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators, took place last night, October 13, 2008, at the Me Tri dormitory cultural house.

The team from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities won first prize in the Management Talent Competition.

The 2nd "Management Talent" contest for students of management science, jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators, took place last night, October 13, 2008, at the Me Tri dormitory cultural house.

The competition had the participation of 4 teams from 4 universities in Hanoi: Managers Club of National Economics University, Future Managers Club of University of Commerce, Managers Club of Academy of Journalism and Communication, Young Managers Club of University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Sponsors for the program are the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, the Bank for Agriculture of Vietnam and the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation.

There are 3 main parts of the competition: Management Knowledge, Personnel Identification and Management Situations. The Management Knowledge part has 10 multiple choice questions for all teams about Vietnam's economic events since joining the WTO. The Personnel Identification part requires each team to correctly identify the other team's model after they have been disguised in masks and self-designed costumes. In the Management Situation part, each team presents a management situation in a dramatized form to challenge the other team to give an answer.

After three rounds of competition, the team from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities won first prize, the team from the Academy of Journalism and Communication won second prize, and the other two teams won third prize. The secondary prizes included: The most stylish cheerleading team belonged to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; The best fashion award belonged to the University of Commerce; The best management situation belonged to the Academy of Journalism and Communication.

In addition, the audience also has the opportunity to receive many gifts from the Organizing Committee through contests for the audience about knowledge related to products and services of the sponsoring units.

The competition is a vibrant playground for management students, creating opportunities for exchange between students and successful managers, while helping businesses meet future managers and promote their image to students from many universities.
