This morning, April 26, 2017, at the 2nd floor hall of Building H, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, a seminar was held for Young Cadres with the movement "Cadres with three responsibilities" and the movement "Solid expertise - Good professional skills - Standard working style" organized by the Youth Union of University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Attending the discussion, on behalf of the Hanoi National University Delegation, there was Mr. Truong Ngoc Kiem - Secretary of the Hanoi National University Delegation. On behalf of the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, there was Ms. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the school.

The seminar was also attended by the Secretaries of the Youth Union branches, members of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union branches, and the Youth Union branches and sub-branches under the School Youth Union.

Mr. Tram Bach Hieu, Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is chairing the discussion.

The discussion was chaired by Mr. Truong Ngoc Kiem - Secretary of the Youth Union of Hanoi National University, Ms. Dang Thi Thu Huong - representative of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the school and Mr. Tran Bach Hieu - Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The project of the Movement “Cadres with three responsibilities” and the project of the Movement “Strong expertise – Good professional skills – Standard working style” were implemented from January 2015. The purpose of the movement is to provide support mechanisms to have certain attention for young cadres and also an opportunity for cadres to compete and improve their expertise and professional skills.

After more than 2 years of implementation, the seminar is an opportunity to look back at the results achieved, discuss unfinished issues and discuss the directions that need to be continued in the future to widely deploy these movements among young cadres throughout the school.

Ms. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Standing Committee of the School Party Committee, is speaking at the seminar.

Speaking at the seminar, Ms. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the school, shared: "Young cadres can take full advantage of this opportunity to come together and propose the best initiatives to create breakthroughs for cadres not only of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities but also for member units of VNU".

Agreeing with the opinion of Ms. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Mr. Truong Ngoc Kiem - Secretary of the Youth Union of Hanoi National University emphasized: "The movement is an opportunity for young cadres to demonstrate their responsibility towards work, towards students, towards the community. At the same time, it also affirms that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the cradle, where the creativity of young cadres can overcome barriers and develop remarkably".

Comrade Pham Van Hue, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Headquarters, is presenting a report on the results of the implementation of the two movements of the unit in the past two years.

At the seminar, Mr. Pham Van Hue - Secretary of the Youth Union of the School Board presented a report on the results of implementing these two movements in the past two years.

The delegates also enthusiastically gave their opinions and suggestions to make the movement more extensive and effective.
