Sharing information about the university, the Rector stated that Literature is a field of study with a long tradition of training and research here. The university has Taiwanese partners such as National Taiwan University, Wenzao University of Foreign Languages, National National Cheng Kung University, and National Cheng Kung University... The university has a Taiwan Education Center to promote exchange programs between the two sides.

The university has a Department of Chinese Studies, a Center for Chinese Studies, and a Faculty of Literature, all units with significant interest in Chinese culture and literature. The translation and introduction of the book "Sweet Burden" today is a typical and meaningful collaborative activity between the university and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, especially given the limited understanding of Taiwanese literature in Vietnam.

Mr. Richard Thach Thuy Ky thanked the University for its assistance and emphasized that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a leading university in Vietnam in the fields of social sciences and humanities, and that the two sides have had close cooperation. He expressed his belief that the cooperative relationship between the two sides will continue to develop in the future. To help people on both sides understand each other, the work "Sweet Burden - a duet of poetry and prose by Ngo Thinh" was selected to introduce to Vietnamese readers. Ngo Thinh is a very famous contemporary writer in Taiwan, and his poem "Sweet Burden" has been included in Taiwanese high school textbooks.

Mr. Richard Thach Thuy Ky hopes that exchange activities like this will continue to take place and that in the future, more Vietnamese writers and poets, along with representative works of Vietnamese literature, will be introduced to the Taiwanese public.
